deaspertly seeking help from a caring person.

Ihave a car that the transmission is going out on. my husbend and i cannot work becouse we are both deathly ill and the doctor said that we con no longer work for the rest of our lives we have 4 children.and no help.please please help this is a desperate cry for help.i have always bent over backwords for anyone that i knew was in trouble.now i really really need help.
