Guys I am sorry but I just had it with listia..The skirts I just won , the girl is giving me a hard time because she doesnt want to mail them separately!! Which it doesnt make sense beause she listed them SEPARATELY!!!I JUST HAPPENED TO WIN THEM So what is her problem>?????????????????????????????????
I am paying for them, for the shipping!Each skirt!!\
I also have another one that left me NEGATIVE feedback because I didnt pay her ,neither responded, when I DID 5 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She didnt even bother to check , just automatically gave me negative feedback so ...all this to say I AM CLOSING my listia account, so those who are presentely bidding from here from TOW please do not expect the item as I will not send anything else out..I will refund your credits..I am really sorry I am just to upset and dont want to "give away" my stuff anymore.....And those that are expecting the skirts once again I am really sorry but I WILL NOT deal with someone so rude as that lady on listia..I apologize , you wont be getting the skirts..

you should use all your credits first

also there is a Mod on here from Lista, you should chat with that mod, maybe they can help you

Unfortunatly, there are "not so honest" people on Listia, as I too have come across.. although the, "honest" people have by far out weighed the not so honest.. Yes, Nero contact a Listia Moderator. Look on the bottom of the home page, click on "contact".. you can send an email to the Listia Admin.. as these Listia members should not be on Listia, if they are doing people like this... and they may do this to others, if Listia is not aware..

It's a great concept, with 'bug's' to be worked out... that's for sure...

Pm' me, if I can help you.. I think I have delt with what ever that can happen, good and bad on Listia... so far.. I'm working on getting to 100,000 credits, then I will stop.. and buy what I want.and may end up canceling my account as well..

I have listed over 70 auction.. all went well. with only 2 that are in "dispute".. so over all on an average, it's been a good experience for me.. although, with anything..there are good and bad.. the first time I was faced with an negitive expeirence, I "flipped!".. but, now.. it's just something that I view as a possiblity.. with anything else in life.. there are "risks".. and the bothersome, dealings that one has to take to "dispust" or "fight" for their ratings, to remain positive, is very annoying.. I must say..

Listia is a great thing.. for many that can "barter" and get things when they have no means of "paying" for them with money.. that is what I really do like about Listia..

Hope everyone that has dealings with that site, is nothing but enjoyable..

Hi nero! Very sorry to hear about the issues. You can submit a ticket to Listia Help and we will be very happy to help you out with the situation. We hate dishonest users as well :-)

Sorry for what happened to you nero, and I want to say Thank You for all the wonderful things you do. And its ashame that when doing something from the heart, that people that are dishonest it upsets you. I know how you feel, but for myself I still find my heart in me doing what I love to do is help. As of now my account is closed... So if you didnt get the items youve won from the give aways..im sorry theres nothing else i can do now...not only you might not get your items but i lost money too...lets just pray those that i bought items from are honest enough to send them..

Just contact the listia direction and ask them to do it. .They will delete it right away. .

You can also ask for your credits to be refunded; I have had to do that quite a few times; but you only have a month I think to do that after the auction ends

On a couple of them it only took about a week; but I think that was with ppl that hadn't signed on in a very long time, I still have others pending though. I have one pending, I know this is mean; but I won something for countryg kitchen and the person told me the would send April 2, then about a week ago I send them email and they said they would send next day, then I sent email yesterday and they said they would send the next day; I got tired of it and just requested my credits back. I didn't see how they couldn't send me my item when I went to their page and they could send everyone else their item and this stuff they was sending out was after what I had won ended. I guess it just depends.

oh, okay.. thanks hon.. I'm sure they are busy over there.. it's been, two weeks for one, and just a few days for the other.. both of mine combined credits exceed 20k.. for the two that are in "pending" status.. guess, they will take awhile..lol.. thanks, hon..

I tried for that wallet for your son.. and thought I won.. but someone came from under me with 2 seconds, and put in 21 more credits!!! rRRRRR..LOL.. I'm going to try and do most of my Christmas shopping, with credits.. well, that's my goal..

I have been winning Christmas stuff off there here lately; just to put back and I have noticed that they ain't going for very much either; I guess cause it's out of season, but its brand new stuff. Have already got a few stocking stuffers for the kids

Yes!! I've noticed that, too!! A great time to win them.. now since many are not thinking Christmas... that's what I do with Alexis's clothes too.. I buy on sale, out of season, for next season... can save a lot of money that way

That is so true; when winter clothes go on sale in the spring I buy the kids what I can afford for the next winter. Last night I won me a long sleeve thermal shirt; it went for nearly nothing; guess cause its so close to summer. But I thought I could use it for next winter and for when we go motorcycle riding at night if it was a little chilly; it was brand new but noone wanted it I guess cause it was long sleeves

Cindy just to let you know I had afew pending disputes and the 2 took almost a month for them to refund me so yes it could be they have alot going on I'm sure they will get to it you! Nero I am so sorry that happened to you thats just wrong! I have had afew bad experiences on there and even though you can request for your credits back it takes forever sometimes to get em back and if theres something else you want to bid on and you dont have enough credits cause of those pending disputes it really stinks cause you can loose out on it.

Im sorry this happened to you hun.I had a dispute one time,this girl said she sent me a ring i won,i never got it ,so i disputed it and she got so extremely nasty,but what she did not figure is i take pictures of things i send out and things that will protect me later from liars and thiefs,so no one can say i never sent it,and this girl sent me an empty envelope and i took a picture for admin and they decided who was the liar and who got their credits refunded,it was me because i had proof and filled out a missing item form at the post office and all i needed to do,it was a nightmare but it all worked out.But for the most part i always get my stuff,but anywhere you go there are some bad eggs,again hun im sorry this happened to you.
