Please help me help my friend

shes 61 yrs old and she is in need of care packages with clothes and personal items.she has arthritis both knees and its been so cold she cant walk because shes in pain. i wish for someone to send her some ben gay and those advil or tylenol for that kinda pain.her knees are swollen and shes hurt. i make sure she has dinner and i check her after work. if anyone can help please do.prayers are very welcome and please include me and my kids when you pray.thanks.
