We need Mom Home from Hospital

I am using my wifes info here she usaully trolls to see what she can do , I need to beg not even ask any more She is in ICU with a blood clot in her lung they will not release her till I can show that we can pay for her meds . I used our last 220 to pay for them . I have no food left for her and our two girls we are aiming for Tuesday for her to come home I am disabled so I get paid once a month and the May 1st is far away right now The closet stores to us are Wal-mart and Weiss Markets she has a paypal but I have no idea how it works :praying anyone can help Thank you Jay Bernstein
