Wish for a dear friend

Well I am new to this site, I would like to make a wish actually it's not for me actually it's for my ex stepfather, he own a house and he is having problem paying his property taxes, I am not sure if someone can help him or not, actually if I had the money I would, because he always there for me, he is a senior citizen in his mid 60's
