Wish for my sick son

I have been trying not to do this but I have ran out of options. My 4 yr old has been sick with a fever of 102.4 he has ran out of tylenol and I am needing to get him some more but have no money to buy it with. Also I am needing to get him some meds for the cold he has it is really bad he can herdly breath. I could also use some help I have not had any sleep really in a few days since he has been sick and I have had a headache that will not go away and I could use some tylenol or something to get rid of it. I have no money to buy any of this so if someone can help me to at least get his meds I would greatly appreciate it. I do have paypal and the paypal card so I have instant access to the money on it. Please if anyone can help please do. I will send anyone who is able to help my paypal informatin. Thank you in advance.

you mentioned your 4 year old has had a fever and can hardly breathe

possibly you need to take him to a clinic!

Yea I took him to the doctor after he started running the fever. It is just a pretty bad cold from where we were moving and I had noone to watch him while we moved and it was raining so we were in and out of the rain so not my little guy has a cold because of it.So they said to alternate between tylnol and motron and keep giving him cold medicines.
Thank you for your concern though I do appreciate it more then anyone could know as my kids are my life and soul. I really do appreciate the kindness of everyone.

His fever finally broke and he seems like he is starting to get to felling better. He has not been wanting to eat since he has been sick so I am hoping that he will eat before the day is over. I know I dont ever want him to get sick like that again. He does not have a winter coat so I am going to have to save every penny I have to get him one and hopefully soon.I want to thank everyone for the comments and the help.
